Customers or users who want to call to ask about problems or report outages can use the following contacts:
– For questions about data quality (noisy data, dropouts, schedules), GOES or POES products, or status of spacecraft can call the SAB Shift Supervisor at 301-763-8444

GOES
OES-12 image frame breaks occurred due to Solar RFI, storms over WCDA, and in some instances for unknown reasons during the following times:
DO62 – 1502z, 1606z, 1610z, 1709z, 1823, 2355z; DOY63 – 1601z, 1604z, 1846z; DOY64 – 1226z, 1601z, 1603z.
All other GOES operations were nominal over the past 72 hours.
No anomalies affecting product delivery via GVAR or s/c health & safety.

POES
N19 DOY62 GAC3B: 4508 of 11379 frames sent to Eumetsat due to an operator error.
All POES operations were nominal over the past 72 hours.

ESPC Reported data outage and delays
On March 4, 2012 from 0830z until 1320z, LRIT East Broadcast was interrupted due to a domain server failure at NSOF. As a result GOES East Low Rate Imagery, GOES DCS, and EMWIN products were lost.
