NASA ROA-2011 Amendment 4: Concepts and Technology Development Project (CTD1)

Amendment 4 to the NASA ARMD Research Opportunities in Aeronautics (ROA) 2011 NRA has been posted on the NSPIRES web site http://nspires.nasaprs.com

This release includes the following three topics in Appendix C.2 for foundational research in support of the Airspace Systems Program NextGen-Concepts and Technology Development Project: Comprehensive Analysis of Uncertainties in the National Airspace System; Air Traffic Management Functional Allocation using Advanced Computing and Networking; Technology Candidates for Air-to-Air and Air-to-Ground Data Exchange.

NOIs are due February 28, 2012 and proposals are due April 3, 2012.
