Description

The next general meeting of the Stennis Business Consortium (SBC) is scheduled for Tuesday, September 27 at 1:00pm in Building 1200, StenniSphere auditorium at the Stennis Space Center. The SBC’s mission is to provide a mechanism for federal and state agencies, local institutions, and businesses to exchange information on small business goals, needed and emerging technologies, upcoming procurement requirements and opportunities, and issues dealing with existing procurement regulations. At this meeting, we will highlight the local non-profit organizations that assist small businesses. All sized businesses, agency procurement and technical officers, and prime contractor representatives can learn more about the services these organizations provide as well.

Updates on procurement activities from government agencies and prime contractors will also be presented.

Following the meeting, attendees will be available to talk one-on-one with speakers as well as select agency and Company representatives to answer specific questions.

If you do not hold a Stennis Space Center security badge, please register for these events no later than noon Friday, September 23, 2011 in order to ensure that a visitor’s pass is authorized for you at the south gate security office in time for your arrival. You can register at www.mset.org
