N19 DOY 132 18:57z GAC1B Eumetsat received 2628 frames out of the
11844 frames due to a SOCC ground system problem during the post past
transfer.
N16 DOY 133 07:25z GAC2B 1515 frames received out of 12380 frames
expected due to a FCDA problem.
All other POES operations were nominal over the past 24 hours.
No anomalies affecting product delivery or s/c health & safety.
