The “Georges Lemaitre” Automated Transfer Vehicle (ATV-5), photographed by an Expedition 40 crew member, is about to dock to the aft port of the International Space Station’s Zvezda Service Module.
Docking occurred at 8:30 a.m. (CDT) as the ATV and the station flew 260 miles over southern Kazakhstan, following a two-week period of free-flight.
