Description

NASA/ARC has a requirement for:

• Content design and development for specialized training and development for the financial community
• Facilitation of specialized training workshops and courses
• Facilitation, assistance with content development and logistics management of new PCRM/BMW training
• Individual Executive Coaching for Code C leaders
• Code C employee survey administration and analysis

The vendor needs to be able to anticipate and intervene in areas of resistance to reogranization of the financial community and its related functions. The vendor must have extensive experience working in this specific Ames environment or demonstrate similar experience, must be credible and trustworthy to be able to impact long-term change.

The vendor must be a subject matter expert in decision making and problem solving- concepts on which we intend to center the training. The vendor must be certified to administer the Thought Pattern Profile and be able to utilize the existing Thought Pattern Profile data on Code C employees for use in the training.

Vendor must be well versed and experienced with the Cambria Consulting’s methodology and practices. Cambrian Consulting is the Vendor selected by the Agency for Senior Executive coaching, training and development for the financial community at NASA Ames.

The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.

Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 4:30 p.m. local time on July 10, 2006. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.

All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
