Description
NASA Headquarters ( NASA HQ) Procurement Office is seeking small business firms capable of providing risk management services at NASA HQ, Washington, D.C.
This effort will include updating the risk management policy and procedures, training program evaluation and development, auditing for compliance to Agency Policy, and planning for a NASA Risk Management Conference in early 2007. The Government contemplates a Cost Plus Fixed Fee , Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for a duration of three years. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) Code is 541690 with a size standard of $31M. This notice is for information and planning purposes only.
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL and does not commit the Government to award a contract now or in the future. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis.
Based on capability statements received from this sources sought, the Government will decide whether it is appropriate to offer this requirement as a Competitive Small Business Set Aside.
Interested Small Business organizations should submit two (2) copies of their capability statement package to include prior/current corporate experience in performing efforts of relevant scope within the last three years.
For each reference, the following shall be included: (a) contract number; (b) contract value; (c) Government point of contact and CURRENT telephone number; and (d) a brief description of how the contract referenced relates to this requirement.
