UVOT and XRT images of supernova 2006X (SN2006X) in M100. On the left is a UVOT image in the V, B, and U bands. In the center is a UVOT image using the UVW1, UVM2, and UVW2 bands. On the right is an XRT image in the 0.2-10 keV energy range. The position of the SN2006X is indicated by a circle and label, as well as the position of SN1979C.

UVOT and XRT images of supernova 2006X (SN2006X) in M100.

This is a combined image of supernova 2006X (SN2006X) in M100, which is made up of UVOT images in the V (red) and UVW1 (green) bands, and an XRT image in the 0.3-10 keV (blue) energy band. The positions of the SN2006X and SN1979C are indicated by arrows.
