Description
This proposed procurement is for services for which the government intends to solicit on a sole source basis with Procurement Resources,Inc. The contractor will be required to provide multiple one-day training events at various NASA locations. The contractor will identify the learning needs,design the curriculum, and facilitate on-site training sessions for identified NASA Centers. The primary topic of this training will be about Suppliers Diversity in the Corporate Culture. The statutory authority for this sole-source action is 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1). The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and the Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR Part 13. Interested organization may submit their capabilities and qualification to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 1:00 on March 28, 2005. Such capabilities/qualification will be evaluated soley for the purpose of determing whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the decretion of the government.
