The Space Technology Mission Directorate (STMD) encourages potential reviewers to volunteer to review for the NASA Space Technology Research Fellowship (NSTRF18). Potential respondents can sign up via the “NSTRF18 Reviewer Request for Information (NSTRF18-RFI)” on the NASA Solicitation and Proposal Integrated Review and Evaluation System (NSPIRES) web page (http://nspires.nasaprs.com/external/).The NSTRF18-RFI is open.
Please sign up before October 26, 2017.
Signing up does not commit you to serve, nor will NASA be obligated to invite you to serve on a review panel. Instead, the availability of electronic reviewer volunteers will aid the program officers to fill reviewer vacancies efficiently, and it will enhance the quality of the review process with the identification of additional expertise. The community benefits through broadening the electronic reviewer pool. Reviewers benefit by broadening their own personal experience.
The sign up process is completed through NSPIRES and all respondents are required to register with NSPIRES. To register for an account, go to http://nspires.nasaprs.com/external/ and click on “Getting an Account” on the left hand margin of the screen. Respondents will submit the RFI directly -- respondents do not have affiliate with an organization during registration to submit an RFI nor have an authorization organizational representative submit on their behalf.
