NASA/GSFC has a requirement for continued Phase B Studies for the Sample Analysis at Mars (SAM) instrument suite concepts studies. NASA/GSFC intends to purchase the service(s) from AMU Engineering in accordance with the requirements of FAR 13.106, for the acquisition of supplies or services determined to be reasonably available from only one source. AMU Engineering has been providing mechanical engineering design support for the SAM project.
