NASA ROSES-13 Instrument Incubator Program Bidders' Conference

The Instrument Incubator program (IIP) seeks proposals for technology development activities leading to new system and subsystem level airborne and space-based measurement techniques to be developed in support of the Science Mission Directorate's (SMD) Earth Science Division. The objectives of the IIP are to research, develop and, demonstrate new measurement technologies that:

- Enable new Earth observation measurements and

- Reduce the risk, cost, size, volume, mass, and development time of Earth observing instruments.

This Amendment releases the final text for Appendix A.40. A pre-proposal bidder's conference will be held on May 15, 2013, at 1:00 PM eastern time. Access information for the bidder's conference appears below. Notices of Intent are requested by May 31, 2013 and proposals are due July 15, 2013.
